<p>As per the observations raised by the Competent Authority it is submitted that </p>
<p>The PP has submitted plan for mitigation of the pollution and as per the plan the PP has proposed that the total labour working at site will be 20 persons & total Solid waste generation will be 6 kgs. The plan submitted by the PP for mitigation of the pollution during construction phase was not technically adequate.</p>
<p>Hence, it is recommended that application applied by the PP for obtaining Consent to Establish (NOC) under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the PP for 1 year with usual conditions and special conditions that:</p>
<p>1.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The PP will not construct any soakage pits and shall install portable bio-toilets which do not require any sewage disposal for the use of the staff and general labour. Fecal sludge if any shall be disposed off at the inlet of nearby ULB-STP after permission from the concerned department.</p>
<p>2.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The PP shall use treated water from nearby STP during construction phase for non-potable requirements such as stone cutting, cleaning, washing of vehicles etc. </p>
<p>3.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The PP shall comply with the provisions of the SWM Rules, 2016. </p>
<p>4.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The PP will ensure source segregation of the Solid waste and will make agreement with the nearest ULB having proper MSW management facility for scientific management/ disposal of the generated solid waste.</p>
<p>5.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The PP shall use canopy equipped DG set having adequate stack height for proper dispersion of the emissions.</p>
<p>6.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The PP shall ensure proper house-keeping.</p> |
