<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">It is submitted that, </span><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">there are two plots in the same name of M/s Harsimran International. One is E-275-A and second is E-275-B........... In Plot No. E-275-A. In the present application i.e. for plot no. E-275-B the industry was earlier operating non-polluting machinery in the premises since 2018. No polluting process was being operated in the industry, thereafter, as per detail submitted by the industry, they started manufacturing of Aluminium Alloy Ingots by using Rotary Furnace as a source of air pollution from April 2022 in which the Bill of the Chimney has been submitted as the proof of date of commissioning. The industry has installed rotary furnace with water scrubber as APCD. Apart from it, the industry has also obtained one Time Authorization to the trader for import of Other Waste as for Part-D on behalf of actual user under Rule 13 of Hazardous & other waste (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules,2016 from the Board which is valid upto 04.03.2027 and the copy of the same is enclosed in the application. It is further informed that industry has submitted fee amounting Rs. 19640/- (Rs. 15950/- under Water, Rs. 290/- as penalty, Rs. 2900/- under NOC fee and Rs. 500/- under form fee) which is adequate upto 30.09.2027. The representative further informed that they have just started their unit on trial basis and as and when we obtain the consent, we will operate our unit efficiently and regularly.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2026 with suitable terms and conditions.</span></p> |
