CTE/Exp/BTI/2022/18585680 dated 18.07.2022, by adding land @ 90 Kanals 18 Marlas and COTTON YARN @ 106 Metric Tonnes/Day, SYNTHETIC YARN @ 17 Metric Tonnes/Day, SYNTHETIC YARN~SHED-6 @ 31 Metric Tonnes/Day and COTTON YARN~SHED-8 @ 38 Metric Tonnes/Day with suitable conditions.</span></p>

As per the analysis report, the concentration of BOD, COD and other parameters are within the permissible limits as prescribed by the Board. </span></p>

Now, the industry has submitted CA certificate of fixed assets amounting to Rs. 919.54 crores, for which earlier fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2023.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">The industry has developed 7 acres of land as per Karnal technology which is used to discharge the treated domestic effluent of the STP. As industry has yet to install machinery of Phase-2, and only Phase-1 has been is near commissioning, so there will be generation of 310 KLD of domestic effluent for which the 7-acre land for plantation is adequate.</span></p>

D.G. sets of capacity 1500 KVA and 600 KVA, both are provided with canopy and stack of adequate height.</p>

Moreover, the industry representative informed that they have ordered bio-degradable waste composting machine.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo3;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">8.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has failed to obtain permission from PWRDA for the extraction of Ground Water.</p>
