<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2.0cm; line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">The industry has deposited Rs. 32,900.00/- vide online UTR no. <br />INDBN11085696941 dated 11/08/2022 (linked with App. ID.</span> <span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">19586817), against the cost of the project of Rs. 410 lakh (as per application form). The NOC fees deposited by the industry is adequate for five years, against the proposed cost of the project of Rs. 410 lakh. The manufacturing process of the industry is as under</span><span lang="EN-US">:</span></p>

Ltd., wherein it has been mentioned that the area under Khasra no. 119, 121, 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130 in revenue estate of village Basoli, Tehsil Derabassi, Distt. SAS Nagar, wherein it has been mentioned as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2.0cm; line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is pertinent to mention here that the Govt. of Punjab has issued guidelines/ code of practice for rice sheller units vide its notification Endst. No. 10/48/2004/STE (4)/4077<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>dt.13.9.2006,<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>amended<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>vide<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>no.<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>10/48/2004<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>(4)/931<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>dated<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>15.10.2013. Further, the site is covered with agricultural fields on remaining sides.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2.0cm; line-height: 115%; margin: 12.0pt 3.7pt .0001pt 0cm;"><span lang="EN-US">In view of above, if approved ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year, with usual conditions & with following special conditions:</span></p>
