<p>Sir, as per the analysis report received from Zonal lab, Ludhiana, the concentration of SPM is within the limits.</p>
<p><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; text-align: justify;">In view of the above, it is recommended the consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year with usual terms and conditions and with special condition that :-</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -0.25in; margin: 0.1pt 2.45pt 0.0001pt 62.4pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; letter-spacing: -0.1pt;">a)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry shall apply online for grant of Terms of Reference (ToR) followed by Environment Clearance as required under EIA Notification, 2006 and in accordance with MoEF notification no. S.O. 3250(E) dt 20.7.2022 within one month.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -0.25in; margin: 0.1pt 2.45pt 0.0001pt 62.4pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; letter-spacing: -0.1pt;">b)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The extension of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 shall only be considered after the obtaining of EC under the above mentioned provisions by the industry.</span></p>
