<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The matter w.r.t. comments on point no.2 mentioned in DTP letter no. 1509 dated 21/06/2022 regarding the distance of site from urbanisable limits of notified Master Plan of Khanna was discussed telephonically with DTP Ludhiana alongwith your good self today i.e. 05/09/2022, and he intimated that the same has been clarified and approved in his letter no. 2067 dated 29/08/2022. DTP Ludhiana informed that the matter went to appeal before Director Town & Country Planning (Appellate authority) and after obtaining self-declaration, the last letter was issued in which it is mentioned that the site confirms to point no. 2 w.r.t. the subject i.e. Verification of siting guidelines prescribed by the State Government for establishment of M/s Jindal Agro Industries, Village Fatehpur Dhakk (244), Tehsil Khanna, Distt. Ludhiana area 17 K 18 M (2.24 Acres). The copy of the letter no. 2067 dated 29/08/2022 is already reproduced in the note above.</span></p>
