The application has been scrutinized and it was observed that earlier, the electric connection of the industry was restored permanently subject to the special condition that industry shall submit BG amounting to 01 Lac so as to ensure that industry may not repeat violation as committed earlier vide ZO letter no. 4405-09 dated 09.06.2020. The industry has not submitted bank guarantee of Rs. 01 Lac and critical columns of the application form have not been filled properly. The industry is required to applying consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 with requisite documents.
