<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that PP has already obtained CTE (NOC) and the same has expired on 30/5/2022. Now, P.P. has applied an extension of validity. R.O has reported that construction work is in progress. About 10-15 families are living. P.P has installed STP of a capacity of 150 KLD to treat the present wastewater. P.P has not developed a 15 m green belt towards the brick kiln. RO has not monitored the treatment installed by P.P.R.O has reported that P.P is complying with previous NOC conditions granted to it.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">If approved, R.O may be requested to the validity of NOC may be extended for one year with the special condition proposed by EE, RO. Special conditions may be imposed that</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> 1) P.P shall apply partial consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974, and the Air Act, 1981 within one month. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2) P.P shall provide adequate arrangements for scientific disposal of the present treated effluent from the premises of the said projects, immediately.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">3) E.E, RO shall monitor the STP installed by PP, to verify the mode of disposal and verify the compliance with the environmental laws and send recommendations thereafter. </span></p>
