<p class="MsoBodyText" style="color: #2b4973; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10.6667px; margin: 0cm 0.2pt 0.0001pt 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 16px; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US">Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for the short term considering the directions issued by the Department of Science, Technology & Environment, Govt. of Punjab vide no. 1594066/1 dated 10.10.2019.</span></p>
