<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-right: .2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 49.65pt; line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">The industry has deposited Rs. 8400.00/- vide online Rs. 8400.00/- R no. 606608328 dated 07/09/2022), against the cost of the project of Rs. 186.95 lakh (as per application form). The NOC fees deposited by the industry is adequate for One years, against the proposed cost of the project of Rs. 186.95 lakh. The manufacturing process of the industry is as under</span></p>

Wherein, the siting guidelines for the rice sheller and saila plants delineated therein, are reproduced as under:</span></p>

The industry shall ensure the compliance of provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and/or any other environmental law applicable to him and Rules, Circulars & Directions issued by the Board from time to time.</span></p>
