CTOW/Fresh/SAS/2021/15335064 dated 18.04.2021 which was valid upto 17.04.2022 and under Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. Moreover, present STP of MC, Zirakpur is under capacity and is not adequate to handle the additional effluent load of such projects.</span></em></strong></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; margin: 7.0pt 0in 12.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Now, the project proponent has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under Red Category along with requisite documents.</span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; margin: 7.0pt 0in 12.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has submitted compliance report of previous granted consent to operate under the provisions the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 as well as EC granted by competent authority.</span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; margin: 7.0pt 0in 12.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent had obtained revised Environment Clearance granted by the competent authority vide no. DECC/SEIAA/2019/1160 dated 09.12.2019 for grant of EC for total area of the project 6600 sqm and total built up area 23550 sqm for the development of commercial project namely North View Park in the revenue estate of Village Singhpura, SAS Nagar.&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; margin: 7.0pt 0in 12.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent had earlier deposited Rs. 318000/- vide UTR. No. SBINR12020101200104877 dated 12.10.2020 under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Rs. 31800/- vide UTR. No. SBIN420286365314 dated 12.10.2020 as NOC regularization fee and Rs. 318000/- vide UTR. No. SBINR12020101200105068 dated 12.10.2020 under Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee is adequate for&nbsp;&nbsp;08.12.2023 after the adjusting Rs. 10200/- (5100/- each under both acts) from against the fixed assets of Rs. 42 crore as mentioned in the EC obtained from competent authority on dated 09.12.2019.</span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; margin: 7.0pt 0in 12.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Now, the project proponent has deposited Rs. 324360/- vide UTR No. SBINR12022071894908505 dated 18.07.2022 under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 324360/- vide UTR No. SBINR12022071894908259 dated 18.07.2022 under Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The total fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate upto 08.03.2028 under both Acts after adjusting the late fee / penalty against the total cost of the project Rs. 42 crores as per Environment Clearance granted (Rs. 360/- extra/additional under both Acts).</span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; margin: 7.0pt 0in 12.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent had submitted permission granted by Municipal Council, Kharar vide no. 3249 dated 07.05.2019 in which it is certify that the MC, Zirakpur will make arrangements for collection and disposal of Solid waste and garbage and the expenditure incurred for the same will be deposited by the promoter company. The project proponent had also submitted completion certificate issued by Jaivalu Consultant, Plot No. 294, Industrial Area, Phase-IX, Mohali (Pb.) in which mentioned that:</span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; margin: 7.0pt .5in 12.0pt .5in;"><strong><em><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">&ldquo;We are pleased to inform you that we had installed and commissioned Sewage Treatment Plant for your Commercial Project named North View Park at Zirakpur, Punjab.&rdquo;</span></em></strong></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-right: 41.95pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 16.8667px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; mso-pagination: widow-orphan; mso-layout-grid-align: none;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">In view of the above, it is recommended that 'Consent to Operate' under the various provisions of Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed subject to suitable conditions and following additional conditions that.</span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify;
