The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The applicant has not submitted the permission by the Mining Department regarding the availability of raw material as per the Stone Crusher Policy notified by the department of Mining.
2. The applicant has not deposited/linked the fee under the Air Act, 1981 and the fee deposited under the Water Act, 1974 is adequate for 03 years only. Whereas, as per policy of the Board, the applicant is requested to deposit fee for period of 05 years.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observations and submit the reply to this office within 3 days so that the application can be processed further. |
