<p style="text-align: justify;">The point wise reply to be observations raised by the Competent Authority vide its note dated 05.09.2022 is as under: </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. The industry has clarified that 30 number of employees will be sufficient to operate their unit for 2 shifts. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Septic tank installed by the industry is adequate to treat entire domestic wastewater. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. The industry is having adequate plantation within its premises to take entire treated domestic effluent. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. The industry has clarified that the entire water use in the humidifier is being re-circulated. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">5. All the documents has been attested by the industry. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">In view of above, it is again recommended that the fresh of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for manufacturing of <strong><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Cotton Yarn @ 10 Metric Tonne/Day</span></strong> by using <strong><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">RawCotton @ 11 Metric Tonne/Day</span></strong> as raw material and Waste Cotton @ 1 Metric Tonnes/Day (by-product) for discharge of <strong><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Domestic Effluent @ 1.6 KLD </span></strong>onto Land for Plantation/ Irrigation after Treatment in Septic Tank under orange category maybe granted upto <strong><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">31.03.2026 </span></strong>subject to suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.</span></p> |
