<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that PP has applied renewal CTO along with analysis results got analyzed by the Pvt Lab. RO has also reported that PP has completed the entire project, PP has installed two STP, both were operational, and PP has developed adequate green belt areas to cater to treated wastewater from the project. Solid waste to be generated from the project shall be sent to nearby piggery farms. The project proponent is complying with the previous consent condition granted to it under Water Act 1974 .project proponent has submitted an occupancy certificate issued by CETP, Punjab completion plan vide no. 5407 dated 04/11/2016.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved renewal of CTO under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted up to 30/09/2026 with the suitable condition as proposed by EE, RO. EE, RO may also be requested to visit the site to monitor the STPs installed by PP, verify the mode of disposal and verify the compliance with environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation.</span></p>
