<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The industry has now applied for obtaining consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The industry was visited by officer of the Board on 03.09.2022 and observed as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span><span style="background: white;">In view of above, the industry has been issued show cause notice before refusal of 'Consents to Operate' under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 with an opportunity of personal hearing on 16.09.2022. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>During hearing, Sh. Amit Sethi, Partner of the industry submitted reply to the notice issued to it, which has been taken on record. He further stated that the industry is yet to install the air classifying mill having inbuilt bag filters as APCD for the powder section and requested to give 10 days time to attend all the incompletions pointed out by the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>After hearing the representative of the industry as well as officer of the Board, it has been decided that:-:-</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-language: PA; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">The industry shall ensure to remove the incompletions pointed out by the Board, within 10 days.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -22.5pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">Regional Office shall visit the industry to verify the compliance (s) made by it at site immediately after 10 days and thereafter send report/recommendations regarding disposal of pending consent applications, within 03 days.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -22.5pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 0in 6.0pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white; mso-bidi-font-style: italic;">During hearing, it has been made clear to the Partner of the industry that in case of non-compliance of decision of the hearing within stipulated period / any violation(s), further action as deemed fit shall be initiated under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
