<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that to check the additional value of plant & machinery, the industry was visited by undersigned on 23.09.2022 and it was observed as under:-<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry was not in operation for production of raw rice/sorted rice with dryer due to paddy off season. No paddy was stored in the industry premises.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has installed cyclone separator as APCD with shelling section as well as with the paddy pre-cleaner of dryer section, separately, to contain the process emissions and the same were in operationable condition with all dust emitting points connected to the APCDs. Both cyclones are installed as per drawings submitted in the feasibility report and seems adequate.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has provided stack of adequate height with the APCDs with provisions to facilitate emissions sampling.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has provided brick wall of adequate length & 10 feet height in front of the husk discharge / storage area and has also provided mesh wire of 5' height above the said wall in compliance to code of practice prescribed by the Govt. vide order dated 15.10.2013.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has provided brick paving at vehicular movement area, within its premises.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">6.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has provided septic tank for treatment of domestic effluent with provision to discharge the same onto land for plantation/irrigation.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">7.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has planted trees along its boundary wall.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">8.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has replaced its sortex machinery with advanced one, due to which, there is no other addition in the value of plant & machinery in the CA certificate submitted by the industry.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-indent: -0.25in; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">9.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 as well as code of practice prescribed by the Govt. vide order dated 15.10.2013.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of above, it is, therefore, again recommended that consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be renewed to the industry for a period upto 30/09/2027 for operation of rice sheller unit to manufacture Raw rice with dryer @ 3 TPH alongwithsortex machine of capacity 3 TPH of sorted rice, subject to the suitable conditions and a special condition that the industry will get its emissions analyzed from Board's lab during upcoming paddy season 2021-22 and submit the report within one month after re-commissioning of the industry.</p> |
