| Clarification Note: |
On scrutinizing the application and linking with record file of the industry, it was observed as under:
1. The industry is required to apply for consent to operate under the Water Act in mode ‘new’ and consent to operate under the Air Act as mode ‘varied’.
2. The industry is required to deposit adequate consent to operate fee under the Water Act, 1974.
3. The industry has submitted coal consumption register, which is not attested by Charted Accountant and it has not submitted undertaking regarding the coal consumption attested by the Charted Accountant.
4. The industry is required to submit revenue details/ownership details of the land area of the brick kiln and the latest partnership/proprietorship certificate.
Clarify the above within 02 days.
