<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has now deposited balance fee of Rs. 1800/- vide R no. 08/5490 dated 23/09/2022 as Air consent fee against the fixed assets of Rs. 20.26 Lacs as on 31/03/2022 as per CA Certificate dated 18/08/2022. The consent fee is now adequate <strong>upto 30/09/2025 </strong>under the Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Kindly grant 'consent to operate' under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 upto 30.09.2025 with same conditions as proposed earlier.</span></p> |
