<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note attached by AEE. The industry has made additions w.r.t. land (3 acres 6 Marla), building for de-congestion of packing & finished good area, addition of certain machinery and equipment like trucks, racking system, lifters, 1 no. Humidification plant, fire tenders etc. alongwith addition of 2000 KVA Genset, as detailed out in the agenda note. However, there is no increase in the pollution load of the existing industry by addition of above quoted machineries and equipments. The test report as well as stack emission alongwith noise analysis report for new genset of 2000 KVA has been provided by the industry itself.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is, therefore recommended that varied CTO under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 31/03/2024 (In consonance with water consent) with the special condition that the industry shall not undertake any construction activity in the new land without obtaining prior NOC/permission from the Board.</p> |
