<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">It is submitted that a clarification was issued to the institute to deposit the consent fee atleast for one year to proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, in reply to the clarification, the institute has deposited the consent fee of Rs. 75000/- each under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. Therefore, it is recommended that application for obtaining consents to operate may be considered for a period upto 30.09.2025 for Multicollege campus “Baba Farid Group of Institutions” with suitable conditions along with special condition that the institute shall provide 15-meter-wide green belt for length of 618 ft. and will also develop 5-meter green belt for a length of 138 ft. including the land of BKO as well as the institute will compensate the green belt by developing 1 acre mini-forest. </span></p> |
