CTOW/Renewal/MNS/2017/6513210 & CTOA/Renewal/MNS/2017/6513127 dt. 27.10.2017, valid upto 30.09.2022 for operation of rice sheller unit of capacity 21 TPD of Raw rice without dryer, subject to the conditions mentioned therein. </span></p>

No. <br />000127133240 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 12.09.2022 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 14500/- vide online-R.No. 000127132623 dated 12.09.2022 under the Air Act, 1981 against fixed assets of Rs. 41.97 lacs dated 03.09.2022. Thus, the fees is adequate up to 30.09.2027 under the both acts. </span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm 8.0pt 39.3pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was lastly visited by AEE of this office on 11.10.2017 and it was observed that the industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 as well as code of practice prescribed by the Govt. vide order dt. 15.10.2013. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 107%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm 8.0pt 39.3pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is submitted that condition was imposed in the CTO issued to the industry that the industry shall comply with the air emission discharge standards prescribed by MoEF by notification no. GSR 152 (E) dated 16.03.2012. The Board has not notified these standards and the industry is complying with the emission standards of 750 mg/NM3 as notified vide notification dated 15.10.2013. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that - renewal of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for operation of rice sheller unit for production of Raw Rice @ 1 TPH without dryer for a period upto 30.09.2027, subject to the suitable conditions and special condition that the rice sheller will get its air emission sample analyzed in coming paddy season 2022-23.</span></p> |
