<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">It is intimated that the industry was imposed Environmental Compensation of Rs. 3.0 Lacs. The industry has requested to waive off the Environmental compensation. The application was processed and the Competent Authority has directed to give proposal in specific. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">As, submitted by Regional Office, it is recommended that:-</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">1. Environmental Compensation may be reduced to Rs. 50,000/- as the industry is a tiny unit.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">2. </span><span lang="EN-US">Consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for six months, subject to suitable conditions.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">3. </span><span lang="EN-US">Directions may also be issued to PSPCL Authorities to restore the electricity connection of the industry temporarily for six months.</span></p>
