<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The competency to decide the case lies with Senior Environmental Engineer as per prevailing policy of the board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">It is recommended that the varied consents be issued to the industry upto 19/07/2023 subject to special conditions proposed in the note of AEE.</span></p> |
