<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the industry was issued directions for disconnection of electricity on 14.01.2022.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">After that the Bank Guarantee amounting to Rs. 50,000/- has also been encashed vide R. No. 44/5478 dated 19.01.2022.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The industry has submitted the Bank Guarantee of Rs. 1.0 Lac, which is valid upto 30.12.2022.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As per record file, no EC has been imposed upon the industry.</p>
