The industry has provided inbuilt cyclone separator with pulverizer for separation of grinded material. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">The industry is mixing all the chemicals in these machines to make stabilizer either in powdered from or in flakes as per the market demand. </span></p>

The industry has no source of trade effluent generation and entire cooling water will be re-circulated. The domestic effluent is being discharged into PSIEC sewer. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">The industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act,1974 & the Air Act,1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">The competency to decide the case lies with Senior Environmental Engineer.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">In view of the above, it is therefore, once again recommended that consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted up to 30/09/2030 for manufacturing of Stabilizer @ 600 Kgs/day by using Calcium @ 300 Kgs/day, Stearic acid @ 200 Kgs/day, Wax @ 100 Kgs/day & Colour @ 10 Kgs/day, as raw material, subject to certain conditions to be mentioned therein.</span></p> |
