The industry has provided energy meter over the APCD and the reading of the same was 43.42 Kwh. The industry is not maintaining record of energy meter. The waste water generated from wet scrubber is disposed off into sewer. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #333333;">Thereafter, the personal hearing was given to the project proponent on 29.03.2022 before the Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board</span> b<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #333333;">ut neither any representative of the industry attended the hearing nor submitted any reply in the matter. Thereafter, new date of personal hearing was given to the project proponent on 22.08.2022 before the Senior Environmental Engineer of the Board. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>During hearing it was decided to cancel the Consent to Operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 granted to the industry since no representative from the industry attended the hearing. The Consent to Operate was cancelled vide letter no. 5655 dated 15.09.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">Thereafter, the Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>has been granted to the industry vide no. CTOW/Renewal/SAS/2022/19655937 dated 19.09.2022 valid till 30.09.2027.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">Now, the project proponent has applied for fresh Consent to Operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 along with requisite documents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 38.32 lakh on 07.09.2022. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 15000/- vide UTR no. N252222113698166 dated 09.09.2022 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The consent fee is adequate till 31.07.2027 under Water Act, 1974 after deducting late fee. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The industry has submitted building plan approved from competent person under factories Act, 1948.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The industry has submitted stack emission analysis report from M/s Industrial Testing Laboratory & Consulting House of wet scrubber stack provided with paint booth <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 22.09.2022 as per which the result of parameter (PM-32 mg/Nm3)are within prescribed limits. However, the lab is not a NABL approved lab.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">The project proponent has submitted compliance report of the previous Consent to Operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 granted to it.</span></p>
