<p>Sir in compliance to the observations raised by your good self it is submitted as under :-</p>
<p>1. The application is for a service station, however it has been inadvertently mentioned at S. no. 1 in the comment section of the agenda note due to some clerical error. </p>
<p>2. The record of the trade effluent generation was verified during the visit and it was observed that against the consent quantity of 1.1 KLD (aaprox. 30 KL/month), the service station has discharged on an average of 3.4 KL, 3.8 KL and 3.2 KL in the month of July, August and September respectively. As such the average daily treated quantity comes out to be approx. 0.1 to 0.2 KL against the applied quantity of 1.1 KLD. </p>
<p>This is due to the reason that there is very less washing as the service station is engaged in the washing of Volvo Cars only which are very limited in Number and washing section is accordingly operated seldomly. The ETP is based on the batch process as mentioned in the agenda note and the components were found to be in good operational conditions.</p>
