| Clarification Note: |
The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted proper proof of date of commissioning such as GST certificate of the industry, Electricity connection date etc.
2. The project proponent has not submitted building plan approved from competent person under Factory Act, 1948.
3. In the application form, the proponent has applied in the name of “Harinder kaur”, however, in the documents submitted with the application name of proprietor has been mentioned as “Harinder Pal Kaur”, please clarify.
You are therefore, requested to submit the reply of the above said observation within 3 days.
