<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0in;"><span style="font-family: Arial, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 14pt;">The application of the Poultry farm has been scrutinized and observed as that the poultry has applied for obtaining consent to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 under the green category whereas as per the policy of the Board, under prevalence the poultry farm is required to apply for obtaining consent to operate under the orange category.</span></p>

May if approved, approval for returning the application may be given please. </span></p> |
