<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left; line-height: 115%;" align="left"><span style="color: black;">During hearing on 18.8.2022, it was decided that directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 be issued for closure of the industry and simultaneously, PSPCL authorities be asked to disconnect the electric connection of the industry with immediate effect</span>. Consequently, directions issued to the industry and PSPCL authorities on 30.9.2022. Compliance is yet to be reported by RO.</p>
