<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>It is submitted that the palace was visited on 07.09.2022 during tour to the area and found that the site was not being set up as per permission for CLU obtained and the palace has not deposited NOC fee . Accordingly, the palace was requested on 08.09.2022 to resubmit the application within 7 days. Accordingly, the palace has applied for CTE on 10.09.2022. To verify the facts, the site of the palace has been visited by undersigned on 14.09.2022 and found that palace has now constructed boundary wall in khasra no. 179M//1, 2 & 3. However the date of visit in agenda was mentioned as 07.09.2022. Thereafter, this office has attended the office of NGT Monitoring Committee on 15.09.2022 & 16.09.2022 and telephonic instructions given by them thereafter. The agenda note has been prepared thereafter and processed.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> It is further submitted that every possible efforts has been made to process the application in stipulated time period and in future also online application of the industries will be processed on priority basis, please.</p> |
