<p>1. <span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">The BKO has also submitted the coal register, which shows that brick kiln was not operated w.e.f 1.02.2019 to 24.2.2021 i.e date of adoption of induced draft technology and same has also been verified by CA.</span></p>

The industry has earlier CTO, which has been expired on 30.09.2015.</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif';">The industry has deposited online Rs. 15400/- vide UTR No. SBIN321289498150 dated 16.10.2021 as water consent fee and Rs. 15400/- vide UTR No. SBIN221295966001 dated 22.10.2021 as air consent fee. The consent fee deposited the industry is of 14 years and after deducting penalty , the CTO fee is adequate up to 30.09.2025 against the investment of Rs. 9.76 lakh as on 14.09.2022 as per CA certificate submitted by it.</span></p>
