<p class="MsoNormal" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong> </strong><strong><span style="line-height: 18.4px;">1)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-weight: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span></span></strong><span style="line-height: 18.4px;">The industry shall operate the Air Pollution Control Device (APCD) installed to scrub the emission / fumes regularly & efficiently.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="line-height: 18.4px;">2)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-weight: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span></span></strong><span style="line-height: 18.4px;">The industry shall operate the neutralization system provided for spent acid, regularly & efficiently and maintain the records in this reference on daily basis.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="line-height: 18.4px;">3)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-weight: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span></span></strong><span style="line-height: 18.4px;">The industry shall maintain record in reference to disposal of spent cupels/ scrubbed water residue to TSDF or to authorized registered recycler on daily basis.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="line-height: 18.4px;">4)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-weight: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span></span></strong><span style="line-height: 18.4px;">The industry shall apply/obtain the authorization under Hazardous Wastes (Management, Handling & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 within 01-month.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="line-height: 18.4px;">5)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-weight: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span></span></strong><span style="line-height: 18.4px;">The industry shall maintain good house-keeping by frequent & regular cleaning of the assay Lab, preventing lead dust from accumulating on laboratory surface.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="line-height: 18.4px;">6)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span></span><span style="line-height: 18.4px;">The industry shall conduct the blood testing of workers for lead once in a year, who has worked for at least 06 months, from authorized/ approved laboratory. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="letter-spacing: -0.05pt;"><span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;">(7) </span></span>The unit shall submit complete dimensional along with adequacy certificate of the Wet scrubber installed in the premises.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-indent: -21.4pt;">(8)The unit shall made agreement with NIMBUA GREENFIELD PUNJAB LIMITED for disposal of hazardous waste category 9.2 ( Lead Ash ).</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-indent: -21.4pt;">(9) The lab shall not discharhe any trade effluent from hallmarking process into sewer without permission of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; text-indent: -18pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="text-indent: -21.4pt;"> Further Regional office shall be directed to monitor all the sources of water & air pollutuion within 2 months and submit the report for further extension of consents. </span>Competency-S.E.E.
