<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">The project proponent has applied fresh Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Tractor Parts @ 270 Number/year.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 3.66 crore in the financial year of 2021-22. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 50,400/- vide UTR no. INDBN09099788960 dated 09.09.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs.42000/- vide UTR no. INDBN09099789476 dated 09.09.2022. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">The project proponent has submitted PSIEC transfer letter of plot no. D-93(P) vide no. PSIEC/ESTATE/EO/17737 dated 11.08.2022. The project proponent has submitted manufacturing process as under:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">Material Storage – Facing First Side – Facing Second Side – Facing Third Side – Drilling – Side milling & Facing – Drilling & Tapping – Inspection – Dispatch.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent following observation were raised on 29.09.2022 with request to submit the reply within 3 days.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN">In view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 till 31.03.2024 subject to special conition as under:</span></p>
