| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutinized and observed as under
1. The industry has not filled the total land area and built up area in the application form completely / properly.
2. The domestic water consumption w.r.t 250 people working (no residential accommodation ) mentioned in the application is 40 KLD whereas considering 45 lpcd it should be about 11.25 KLD .Water consumption and generation w.r.t cooling tower and process mentioned in the application is the same which is not practically possible. The consumption w.r.t others and generation needs to be defined. Kindly provide clarification of these figures /data.
3.Total land area in acres ,in case of disposal onto land for plantation is not mentioned in the application form.
4. The industry has not submitted latest effluent analysis report along with the application form.
5. As per the record file the industry has 2 no. boilers and one no. Thermopack of 4 lakh kcal, whereas the application suggests that there is only one boiler.
You are requested to clarify above said observations within 2 days.
