<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: .45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 44.0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The Rice Sheller was earlier granted 'Consent to Operate' under Water Act, 1974 Vide no. CTOW/Fresh/LDH1/2019/9728392 dated 02.04.2019 valid upto 30.09.2022 & under Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH1/2020/12666863 dated 11.06.2020 valid upto 30.09.2025 with suitable terms and conditions.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0in .45pt .0001pt 23.5pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was visited by the officer of this office on 04.10.2022 & it was observed that:- </span></p>

<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in .45pt .0001pt 23.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The Rice Sheller has provided septic tank for treatment of domestic effluent. The effluent after septic tank is discharged onto land for plantation. </span></p>

<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: .45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 44.0pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of above, it is recommended that the 'Consent to Operate' under Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the Rice Sheller upto 30.06.2027 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.</span></p> |
