<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The application has been scrutinized w.r.t. necessary documents required, in accordance with Board’s policy dated 30.04.2013 & found complete.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is recommended to forward the application to RO, Ludhiana-IV for verification of the proposal of the industry, carrying out field visit of the project site & submission of report/ recommendation on merits within 7 days. Furthermore, the RO be requested to specifically verify if the proposal of the industry for lifting of its trade effluent to CETP operator M/s JBR Technology, is tangible w.r.t. treatment capacity available with CETP operator vis-à-vis the treatment capacity consented by the Board to it and give comments on the same.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">P.S.: In case, any other supporting document is required by the visiting Officer in light of the site conditions / observations during the conduct of visit, the same may be obtained from the project proponent / industry through online clarification/ attachment of addendum before submission of recommendations to decide the application.</p> |
