<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that in compliance to the decision of personal hearing dated 30.09.2022, the industry has submitted bank guarantee of Rs. 50,000/- vide BG No. 14740100000165 dated 04.10.2022 valid upto 03.10.2023.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The industry was visited by undersigned on 04.10.2022 and the industry was not in operation due to off season. The industry will start its full operation in November, 2022.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">In view of the above, it is recommended that Consent to Operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted for shorter period i.e. upto 30.09.2023 with special condition that the industry shall get its effluent samples analyzed from Board’s lab within this period.</p> |
