<p>It is submitted that agreement for the land of 7 Kanals 8 Marla is attached herewith. Moreover, undertaking for 11 Kanals is already attached. Hence, total 18 Kanals 8 Marla land is available outside the premises of the colony for the discharge of treated domestic effluent. As per the present occupancy i.e., less 250 no. of residential houses. The discharge is about 135 KLD for which colony has suffiencent green area and plantation area. Further, the colonizer has developed the plantation area in an area of 7 Kanal 8 Marla and for 11 Kanals treated effluent is used for onto land for irrigation. The layout plan is attached.</p> |
