<p>As per above report of AEE, it is observed that the institute has provided plantation with width 3 meters towards the brick kiln. Further, the AEE has reported that the brick kiln has provided plantation of two rows toards the institute. It is also mention here that the building of institute adjoining to brick kiln has been constructed during the year 2004 i.e. before the notification issued by the Govt. for establishment of construction projects. </p>
<p>In view of the above, it is recommended that the consent may be granted to the institute upto 30.09.2025 with the main conditions that the institute will develop the mini jungle of one acre before 31.03.2023. </p> |
