<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the note of AEE regarding detailed reply of the observations raised by Environmental Engineer, ZO vide note dated 11/10/2022.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is clarified here that there is no addition of land and expansion has taken place in the existing premises of industry. Moreover, the industry has established by obtaining NOC from the Board in 2010, CLU from DTP and site clearance from Department of Labour. Hence, the existing site is suitable for expansion with installation of CCM machine. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The date of sampling 11.10.2017 has been mentioned inadvertently by AEE.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Further, the industry has got registration as small-scale unit under MSME i.e. small scale upto 10 cr. plant and machinery investment. But, the policy regarding categorization w.r.t. investment as per the latest MSME orders is still under consideration of the Board. Therefore, the application be considered under Medium scale as per prevailing policy of the Board.</p>
