<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">It is submitted that ealier while granting NOC to project proponent condition to provide buffer zone of 15 mts toward air polluting industry was imposed. The same was found complying with and the colony has left 15 meter space vacant towards the adojoining industry (photograph enclosed). The representative was advised to carry out plantation in the 15 meter buffer zone.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Keeping in view of above, may if approved, it is again recommended that t</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">he consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended to the project proponent for the period of one year </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; background-color: #ffffff; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">with suitable terms & conditions and special condition that the colony will provide a buffer zone of 15 mts. towards the adjacent hot mix plant and carry out plantation in the buffer area.</span></span></p> |
