Accordingly report was sent to ZO-1, Ludhiana and opportunity of personal hearing was given to the industry wherein it was decided that;-</span></p>

<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: .45pt; text-align: justify; tab-stops: 44.9pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> Now the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under red category, as the process is now covered under said category and similar paint manufacturing units have been granted consents under red category by other ROs. </span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: .45pt; text-align: justify; tab-stops: 44.9pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The industry has filled online application form, uploaded latest CA certificate, compliance of previous consents conditions, manufacturing process flow chart. </span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The industry has deposited Rs. 18000/- vide UTR. no. BARBV22273965144 dated 30.09.2022 under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 18000/- vide UTR. no. BARBV22273959969 dated 30.09.2022 under Air Act, 1981, Rs. 3600/- vide UTR. no. BARBV22273966710 dated 30.09.2022 as NOC regularization fee. The fee deposited is adequate upto 30.06.2027 under both acts.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: .45pt; text-align: justify; tab-stops: 44.9pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> To verify the facts at site, the industry was visited by the officer of this office on 12.10.2022 and the following observations were made:-</span></p>
