<p>Now, the project proponent has submitted reply of the calrification raised on the application as under:</p>
<p>1) In this regard, it is informed that it is a ‘Group Housing’ project and no construction work has been started as yet. Therefore, providing common facilities/services for reuse of treated wastewater for flushing purpose and irrigation of green area are not required as of now in any case. However, we will assure that the work of such facilities/services shall be made commensurate with the construction work of the project i.e. when the construction work of the project will be started, the work for providing common facilities shall be initiated simultaneously. Further, the construction work of this project is expected to be completed within 2.5-3years from the date of start of the same. As per information available to us, there is likelihood of laying of sewer by GMADA before the construction work of the project is completed. We will assure that we will not allow to take any occupancy till the sewer connection is taken from GMADA.</p>
<p>2) Compliance report of the conditions imposed in the EC granted under EIA Notification is attached herewith as Annexure-1. Further, the execution of the CSR activities will be started as soon as the construction work of the project is taken in hand and prior to start of the construction work of the project, the work for execution of CSR activities cannot be started.</p>
<p>In view of above, it is recommended that the project proponent may be granted extension in NOC under Water Act, 1974 and under Air Act, 1981 till 04.03.2023 subject to special conditions:</p>
<p>1) The pp will not allow any occupancy in the project till the sewer connection is taken from GMADA.</p>
<p>2) The pp will be bound to provide treated water line from STP of JLPL uptill its project for use in flushing and gardening. Under no circumstances, fresh water shall be used for gardening and flushing.</p>
<p>3) The pp will start execution of CSR activities immediately and submit monthly progress report to PPCB.</p>
