<p style="text-align: justify;">On 17.10.2022 to 19.10.2022 remained busy in the task assigned regarding sealing/ desealing of the dyeing units of Tajpur Road, Ludhiana.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the industry on 19.10.2022 has submitted the reply of the show cause notice stating that it will collect empty containers from dyeing industries, which will not contain any hazardous/ hard chemicals, the same shall contain on the castic, softening/ washing agents. The industry has further stated that the some units had been granted consent to operate of the Board for lifting effluent generated from washing of empty containers to M/s J.B.R. Technology Pvt. Ltd, Ludhiana. The industry has mentioned such units in its reply as per list one unit namely M/s B.P. Mahaveer Plastics falls in the jurisdiction of this office and this unit has been granted consent under same category for lifting its effluent to M/s J.B.R technology. The letter of the inudstry enclosed in its reply.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, the request of the industry may be considered for grant of NOC, please.</p> |
