<p>It is submitted that to verify the compliance of the cinema it was visited by AEE on 18.10.22 and it was observed that the cinema has planted trees for the disposal of treated domestic efflunet onto land for plantation.</p>
<p>the cinema has not provided compost pit for the conversion of wet waste into manure. However, PP informed that they donot bring raw vegitables in restaurent and bring only prepared material, hence their is no need to construct compost pit. Further, now the cinema is collecting its MSW in a drum and not burn the same. the reprsentative informd that this waste, which is recyclable, is either lifted by kabbadiwala or being shifted to kabbadiwala and Mandi Dabwali, as the cinema is in rural area.</p>
<p>From above it is clear that the cinema is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 and also removed the violation observed earlier.</p>
<p>It is therefore recomended that the consnet to operate may be granted to the cinema upto 30.09.2024, with suitable conditions. </p> |
