PP has applied CTE f</span><span style="font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;">or establishment of hotel/ bars having capacity 100 persons for proposed generation of wastewater of 3 KLD-After treatment in ETP, 2.5 KLD treated wastewater will be reused and 0.5 KLD treated wastewater will be discharged onto plantation within premises. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>As per proposal, no treated wastewater discharged into Oxford Street sewer. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">If approved, <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>CTE may be granted upto 30/8/2023 with the following special conditions that: </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">1) <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>PP shall not operate its process/ possession without the prior permission of the Board and shall not start its operation without obtaining consent to operate as required under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">2)<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>PP shall not discharge any wastewater from its premises at any circumstances. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">3)<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>PP shall reuse/ recycle the treated wastewater @ 2.5 KLD (after treatment) and treated wastewater@ 0.5 KLD will be discharged onto land of plantation within its premises as per Karnal Technology, after treatment with adequate capacity of ETP, proposed at the time of obtaining NOC. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">4)<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>PP shall install water meter on fresh water supply and all proposed mode of disposal so as to carry out water auditing.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">5)<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>PP shall make the compliance with <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>MSW Rules, 2016</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">6)<span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>E.E, Regional Office shall </span><span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">visit the site of Oxford Street and verify the current status, pursue to project proponent for applying the CTE immediately alongwith scientific mode of disposal and send the recommendations thereafter. </span></p>
