<p style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that while issuing notice, you were requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the PP through special messenger and send the receipt of the same to Zonal Office and also ensure its presence on the said date and time of hearing and also requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by the project proponent w.r.t notice and fresh recommendation accordingly to enable this office to decide the consent application. </p>
