<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Due to the above violations, show cause notice before refusal of consents to operate under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 was issued to the project proponent vide this office letter no. 4723 dated 30.09.2022 along-with an opportunity of personal hearing before your good-self on 07.10.2022.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #000000;">The project proponent submitted its reply dated 07.10.2022 w.r.t. the notice issued to it, wherein it has been informed that the plantation has been developed for disposal of the effluent after septic tank and compost pits have been provided for the bio-degradable waste and recyclable waste is being lifted by local re-cyclers. </span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #000000;">It is submitted that to verify the compliance, the site was visited by the officer of the Board on 18.10.22 and it has been reported as under:</span></p>

Further, drums have been provided for collecting its MSW which is either lifted by Kabbadiwala or being shifted to Mandi Dabwali dump site.</span></span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; background: white;">In view of above, if approved, CTO may be granted to the project </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 with validity upto 30.09.2024 subject to the following specific conditions:</span></span></p>
