Ltd. Kurali for further treatment in CETP. Further, as per </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">As per the Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 the project proponent was granted permission for</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;"> operating Powder coating section, Electric Oven<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and One DG Set of capacity 125 KVA.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">The industry has earlier applied for renewal of Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide application no. 20078256 which was returned on the observations of ZO and project proponent was asked to apply for varied Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981, as the industry has changed the manufacturing process.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">Now, the project proponent has applied for varied Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Thread Bars @ 0.95 MTD with requisite documents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs.31.81 lakh as on 01.07.2022. Earlier, the project proponent has deposited Rs. 18500/- vide Receipt No. 798663896 dated 20.11.2020 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 18,000/- vide Receipt No. 607841739<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>dated 20.11.2020. After deduction of late fee the consent fee under Water Act, 1974 is adequate till 30.09.2024 and under Air Act, 1981 is adequate till 31.03.2025.</span></p>

The project proponent has submitted approved building plan from competent person under Factory Act, 1948.</span></p>

The industry has submitted agreement of lifting trade effluent @ 5000 ltr/month made with M/s Bantech Water Pvt. Ltd., Chanalon.</span></p>

DG set of 125 KVA capacity.</span></p>

Now, the reading of the water meter was 203.7 m3 and quantity of the effluent was stored in the tanks was found to be 1800 ltr. As per record checked, the industry has lifted waste-water @ 1800 ltr on 25.07.2022, @ 2000 ltr on 18.08.2022, @ 2000 ltr on 01.09.2022 and @ 2800 ltr on 30.09.2022 during these 2 visits.</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; color: black;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Hence, the record is matching with the actual waste water lying in tanks.</span></p>
